Kathy is the queen of the kitchen at JK’s. Growing up with 5 brothers and 8 sisters at home in St. Andrews Parish, in the country of Barbados, Kathy learned to cook at her mama’s side, and carried that talent and training into a 29 year career as a kitchen professional, and to Canada, where she opened JK’s Restaurant with her husband Jerneil Fearon, the man behind JK’s jerk!.
